Cancelled Upgrade

So I cancelled an upgrade within the cancellation period and was informed, my contract would revert to previous as I had 3 months of a 12 month remaining.

 

After an 2 hour of being passed around live chat last Sunday 4th August ‘24, finally someone proclaimed its done. Excellent I though, 2 hour but its done. 

 

Today,  I peek in on the app, look at my contract, you guessed it, there it was the new agreement still in place with the payment plan all set up.

 

So ask, is this the norm, am forever tied into a wrong contract, how does one revert as, yes  I’m still within the cancellation period

If you return an upgrade it would absolutely be possible and expected to return to the previous plan (or as close as we can get to it), it may take some time for the app/website to update, are you still on the upgraded plan?

If you return an upgrade it would absolutely be possible and expected to return to the previous plan (or as close as we can get to it), it may take some time for the app/website to update, are you still on the upgraded plan?
