I have been trying to cancel my sim only contract for the last few days, but I have been unable to get hold of anybody, the live chat is useless because I no longer have the sim or the number so cannot log on, I have cancelled my direct debit thinking I would get some form of contact number, but no just a non reply message. I have been driven to destraction by all of this, I just need to speak to a person, just a person, it's not too much to ask. Please HELP ME
