Cannot access my ID Mobile account

I have been with ID Mobile for several years with no difficulties and have been able to access all my information on the app. However, a couple of months ago I suddenly became unable to access my account as it just says that my details do not match so I was unable to use my phone. We went to Currys in Shoreham and were told that I just needed a new sim which was installed and made no difference. This visit took me three hours to accomplish nothing and no one seemed able or interested in sorting it out for me. So we went to the Currys store in Crawley hoping for more help there but they could not solve the problem either. On their customer screens all my details are correct but when they are entered on the app it just says that the details do not match. This visit was only two and a half hours so eventually we decided to upgrade my phone which took my bill from £8 per month to £29.99 which was not helpful but I could see no other choice and really need a functioning phone as I have various health issues and need to be in touch with my family. On both occasions we went on to the chat but kept going round in circles. When I received the paperwork for my new phone the details used were as they appear on the Currys computer and are correct but I have just tried to log in again and it still saying that the details do not match. Please save me from wasting any more of my life with this nonsense. I just want to be able to speak to a person

Hey @Andrea Garrick,

It looks like you already have an iD Mobile app account set up with a different email address, that has linked to your phone number successfully on the 4th June. Are you trying to re-register with a different email? If so, this will be causing the 'details not matched' error. You'll need to login to the iD Mobile app or My Account online using the email you originally used on the 4th of June. You may need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get back to the email screen. Thanks

It looks like you already have an iD Mobile app account set up with a different email address, that has linked to your phone number successfully on the 4th June. Are you trying to re-register with a different email? If so, this will be causing the 'details not matched' error. You'll need to login to the iD Mobile app or My Account online using the email you originally used on the 4th of June. You may need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get back to the email screen. Thanks
