Hi, I’ve been trying for several months to add my son’s account to the plan section on my app. Can you help please? Thanks

Hi, Is there a way of speaking to someone from ID about this issue please? I have no control over my son’s contract. I cannot access it through the app or the website. My only option is to cancel the direct debit. I’d really appreciate some help please.
