Cannot change Direct Debit Details

I’ve tried through the app and the website. 

“Oops...sorry something went wrong.”

Tried the chat bot system, literally couldn't do anything and was useless/waste of time.

This is terrible customer service.

The team are aware of these ongoing issues and working on a fix.

 

Have you called the team on 0800 049 2376 who as mentioned above may be able to assist with changing details?

I am having the exact same problem. App, or website it doesn't matter which I try to use....it just always says "oops..... Sorry something went wrong".

 

Starting to get very frustrating now.

Changing or setting up a direct debit using the iD app, or the “My iD Account” online service, doesn’t seem to work at the moment. 

Apparently until these iD services are fixed, you can temporarily call 0800 049 2376 for issues with your direct debit.

You’ll need your iD customer service PIN in order to do this by phone.

Spoke too soon! I changed the details via the app but the DD was not taken and my account got suspended!
