Cannot from abroad call car rental companies 0800 Business numbers

I've had two recent experiences where I've need to call when abroad a business telephone number.

In Spain I had to call a Car breakdown service telephone 34 902.

In America I had to call a car rental agent telephone 1 800

In both situation ID mobile would not allow the call with a recorded message 'Your service does not allow access to this number'.

Note... my partner thankfully was able to call in Spain the telephone number that was blocked for me, on their EE mobile; so other mobile companies allow this!

Is it possible please to enable access to business telephone numbers when calling from abroad? Is there a premium add on or a configuration change that can be done to enable this as I'm at the point of leaving ID mobile if a solution cannot be provided!

Hey there @Msrwingfield, sorry to hear that. It’s likely you’d be charged for calling these numbers, or they’re just premium numbers, so you’d need to enabled premium features via the iD Mobile app/website, as well as increasing your bill cap to allow costs to go through if there are any associated with these numbers.
