Cannot literally do anything

Hi everyone. I have few problems with my Id mobile account. 

1st. I can't top up my account because since my old debit card expired,it doesn't let me put the new card details: when I select new card details it bring me on the right page but with an error message,both from mobile or pc and from any browser and even the app.

2nd. I've tried to live chat with an operator since about 3 weeks and there's just no way to get it. Keep saying try later.

You can also ‘talk’ to iD privately on Facebook (Messenger) or Twitter (DM).
Someone in the social media customer care team should be able to assist you @Gianluca Zattini.

The team work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekends (and Bank Holidays).

Does the address on the bank account match the one that the iD Mobile account is registered to?

Hey @Gianluca Zattini,

Make sure you have also updated your name and address in the account.

This is not automatically done for PAYG accounts and following increased security checks by Banks this may be causing an issue.
