cannot log in

When I try to log in to the new app it asks for my email, I input my email abd it asks for my password.  I input my password and it takes me back to the email page.

 

There are no other options on these pages.

No worries @akherb - you aren’t able to get a replacement SIM in the app. You’ll need to contact our Live Chat team. Type ‘Speak to someone’ to connect to an agent.

That logs me in, but then asks for a number.  The number is for my son's phone which he has lost.  The reason I am logging in is to request a replacement SIM card.

 

Your system has sent a passcode to his number, but there is no way I can access that as the phone is lost.
