Cannot make or receive calls or text


I believe Three switched off 3G in my region (Sheffield, South Yorkshire) on May 1st and now I cannot make or receive calls or texts.  What can I do?

Thanks for that.

I have found out that I needed to turn on VOLTE calls SIM2

 

This was not previously ticked - and all seems well now.

You may need a new handset, which supports 4G Calling, @Davidmb65.

Otherwise, perhaps switch to a service provider that’s using the O2 network.
