Cannot receive calls after activation

Has this happened to anyone? I switched to ID Mobile from Giffgaff two weeks ago and cannot receive any calls. I tried settings and everything but still not resolved.

  1. Have you tried restarting your phone?
  2. Have you tried resetting network settings?
  3. Have you tried your SIM card in another device to see if the issue persists?

If not, would you be happy to try a free replacement SIM card from us?
