My iphone is on roaming, I have enough credit, and ive toggled on roaming on the ID app, but I cannot receive or make calls. Texting is fine.
I cannot use the call fowarding option (the wheel just spins)!!!, I cannot use chat function as that IP is blocked here.
ID lacks other contact point… called them to complain but the lady just said increase my cap limit. Call forwarding still not an option.
Any advice. Cancelling contract when home as this is so antiquated.

Roaming in Bali looks quite expensive,
What is your bill cap setting?
Using 10MB/day = £36/day.
Using 100MB/day = £360/day.
You can’t do much with 10MB or even 100MB.
Maybe get a data only travel eSIM to use in Bali - much cheaper than data roaming with iD.

My cap set at £25
I’ve only put roaming on so I can access the Call forwarding feature.
I don’t have an issue with data, the issue is I can’t make or receive phone calls and I don’t have an option to forward my number
+26I don’t think call forwarding is supported by all mobile network operators,
There might be a problem with your iD account, which forum members like myself can’t access.
Have you tried sending iD a private message via Facebook Messenger?
Did you receive a roaming rates SMS when you arrived in Bali?
I did receive SMS When I arrive, there would be high roaming charges. I am receiving texts it’s just calls

You can also contact iD using X (formerly Twitter) - hopefully X is considered non-subversive.
FYI, it’s free to receive an SMS on iD Mobile wherever you’re roaming.
