Cannot reply to short code - job application

Hi,

 

I have signed up for job alerts via a well known UK logistics company.  They sent me a text message and asked me to reply with YES to receive job alert notifications.  Their number is 64045.  When I reply YES I always receive “Not delivered”. 

 

I have attempted this multiple times on different days.

 

I am on a monthly rolling plan.  Unlimited minutes and text.

 

Please help.

Hey there ​@Fluidz, sorry to hear that.

 

You will likely need to turn on the “Premium” feature via the iD Mobile app/website, so premium texts/calls can go through.

 

You may also need to increase your bill cap if it costs to text.

After changing both options, waiting approx 10 minutes, the message finally sent.
