Cannot see both of my phoe plans

Good morning.

I have 2 phone contracts with you but I can only access 1 of them please advise

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to not being able to see the plan.
If you have 2 plans you would need to register both plans for the iD Mobile app.
