Hi,  since a week or so, i cant accept/initiate calls.

I did not cange anything, same workplace/home. whatever i go its not working.

Can i get a new sim card maybe?

I cannot get any call send text message notice FaceTime or iMessages I tried asking for help but it was useless the only thing I suggest is you leave  ID mobile and get another provider…. That’s just what I am trying to do as this service is appalling

Welcome to the Community!

It sounds like your issue may be VoLTE related. Please can you enable VoLTE on your handset and try making calls?

@Volker-Uwe Neale is this a sudden issue or since you moved your number to iD Mobile?

You may need to update the number in your settings.

No need as I have moved away from ID mobile thank goodness and just waiting to pay the bill and then add iOS!!! It’s an appalling company and the support is as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!
