Hi, I can’t access my email account that is connected with my ID account and I can’t log in to upgrade and change my email address. Is there another way that I can do it or speak to someone? Curry’s can’t do anything in store either

To log into the iD Mobile app account, you may not need access to the email address itself as long as you’ve already registered.
