cant access my account using the app

Hi there I am having problems accessing my account through the app , when I click on the app it says let's get started but i already have an account I don't know what's happened

You’ll just need to login with the same email address you previously used to register.

I'm having similar problem. It recognises my email address and sends the security number yo that email but when I put my number it says it doesn't recognise it. This only started when I had to reregister for the upgraded app.
