Cant access the id mobile webiste

Hi,

I keep getting a message that I have been blocked so can’t have access to the main id website due to cloudflare security!?

can you please advise how I can fix this so I can access my upgrade offers.

Have you got a screenshot of the Cloudflare security error / warning message @lparker18

Meanwhile, have you discussed your upgrade offers with the iD telephone sales team?

Are you using a corporate Wi-Fi network for your data connection @lparker18

What happens when you turn-off Wi-Fi, and use a mobile data connection to visit the https://www.idmobile.co.uk website instead?

If you’re already an iD customer, you’ll need to visit https://my.idmobile.co.uk to see your specific upgrade offers from iD Mobile @lparker18.
