cant add new number to my plan account

I have an id mobile account already for my son I recently got my daughter a phone but I can't add this new number to my plan account, it says details are wrong, I spoke with an agent weeks ago now who confirmed what I was inputting was correct and that it would be forwarded to technical support but still nothing nor communication of this
