Is this only happening with calls to/from your husband and son? If yes, what network are they on please?
Also what handset are you using please?

Hubby can’t call me, neither can Son and nobody else can call me either and I can’t call out but I can WhatsApp call/message and text, son and hubby are on ID too and son is using iPhone XR same as me and husband has iphone14

When you go to the handset settings, can you please select apps-phone-my number and check the correct number is showing there?
Are your husband and son also with iD Mobile?
