I returned my order as it was incorrect but my app is saying I'm currently on a new plan, which is not the case. I can't get through to anyone on the live chat! I've also not received confirmation of my returned order. How do I get through to customer service when there is no number and the chat won't work?

Give the sales team a call on 020 7139 1397. They should be able to tell you what is going on with your return.
