cant login to the ID mobile app


When I open the ID mobile app all it says is get started and then tells me to enter an email address and then tells me to create an account, there is no other option available to just simply login in to your my account.

If it’s prompting you to register, you’ll need to register before logging in, it wouldn’t be possible to log into an account that doesn’t yet exist.

Same happened to me. The app has been updated so you need to go through the process to setup a new login, but when done, you’ll still be able to see your current info/plan/bills/etc
