Informative…thanks.

Mmm…looks like maybe my phone may not be compatible but why aren't ID mobile simply telling me this on help/chat?
Perhaps there will be an outcry if all users in same predicament discover this!

Perhaps the iD Live Chat advisers haven’t had much training on the UK 3G switch-off, @Dawn Mann. I think the online chat advisers are based in South Africa.

My phone is on one bar coverage all the time so receiving and making calls is poor. Gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions but no answers to the problem. Is there a direct number to call at iD?

I have an iPhone 12 and just transferred over to ID but cannot make any calls and I have tried WiFi 

I need the phone for work so asap

I am having the exact same issues. My phone doesn’t connect calls in, doesn’t seem to make calls out. It is an iPhone 14 mini and it was working fine on ID making wifi calls until about 2 weeks ago and now it is useless at home. I am in an “excellent coverage arrangement” (allegedly as I only have one bar of actual signal, hence the wifi calls being so important).It does all of the above when I am at work so it is not a handset issue. 
 

i have followed all the help and advice re 3G switch off at least twice and the phone still isn’t working at home, so what am I paying for? I don’t really make calls at work because I am working! I now can’t call family or friends when I am free. 
 

i am really annoyed at the lack of help available for a core service issue.

This is happening to me too.
Just switched from another network, switched my wife’s SIM too as well as a new ID account for my daughter.

All three of us having issues making / receiving calls.
Data & Texts fine.

Did anyone get a resolution for this

No help at all. I guess with ID we pay for connection but absolutely no customer service at all - they might as well not exist!
