Cant make or Receive Calls.

Again I can't make or receive calls?

Why is this network so crap,it makes my blood boil!

I have no signal or coverage,no 5g only 4g.

2 days it's been like this,currently showing 2 bars and whenever i try to make calls,no dial tone whatsoever?

 

I know I'm tied into this Rubbish Network until October 2026 but seriously I've complained so many times about the signal going down and still months and months down the line,there is no improvement?

Just checked the network status. 

So how about compensating me for still paying you for a service I'm not receiving?

This is likely due to the 3G turn off that began rolling out last week. You can check if this is the case in your area below:

Please read more below on what this is, and what to do:

If you have one of the phones from the below list, then 4G Volte and Wi-Fi calling should be able to be selected and work, and calls should still work:

If you have a phone that isn’t on this list, then it may or may not work, but we don’t officially support any phones outside of these and cannot say for sure if it will or not.

 

If the issue persists after following the troubleshooting above and confirming if your phone is approved, then please let us know here so we can investigate further.

Its happening with me too..nothing happens when i try to make a call and cant receive calks either

5.5 hrs at time of writing this and still can't make or receive calls,where's the support?

Managed to get my phone to work by clicking volte on

Update and yes I've done everything. 

Today I made a call to a UK number and every single time I said anything,they told me that the line was breaking up and they couldn't hear me.

This went on for over 5 minutes so there is something still wrong that needs fixing.
