Cant make or receive calls / texts


Hi I’m new to ID mobile having switched (2 days ago from EE). I’ve switched using PAC code and it appears since my EE account was closed I lost the ability to make and receive calls / texts?. Anyone help pls thanks

Were you able to make calls before your number ported on your new iD SIM card?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Bluesteve4578 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

My initial thoughts are you might want to try a replacement SIM card.

But something might have gone wrong with the port also hence asking you to contact live chat.
