Hi @Dottie123 👋🏻

What phone do you have?
When you say that ‘ I have full signal’ what do you mean?
If you switch off your ‘wifi’ connection and only connect to your ‘mobile data’ do you see ‘4G’ in the top right-hand corner above the signal strength?
Can you see the on/off setting for ‘VoLTE Calls’ in your phones Connections settings?
4G is not the same as VoLTE.
VoLTE stands for ‘Voice over LTE’ and so you need to see ‘LTE’ in the Network Mode of the Settings.
If you see ‘4G’ then you will not be able to make/receive calls as you need the LTE connection.

I have just swapped to ID 48 hours again and am not able to make calls or receive calls. I have followed all of the guidance provided in the document that the link sends you to follow about 3G being switched off etc.

i could really do with speaking to someone, I have a medically fragile disabled child and can’t be without a phone

Hi @Holly Lancaster

Sorry to hear this, everything in the 3G switch off page has been tried?

Are you on an iPhone or Android?

Are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is the one being used in the device? If an eSIM or previously on an eSIM, it may be worth checking your SIM settings to ensure old SIMs are deleted.
