cant make or recieve calls


It’s so frustrating when can’t make or receive calls exp when 80% of appointments are done via the phone now 😭 tired turning phone off and off resetting settings. 
internet works just not calls tired to check status online but says postcode not real 😂 anyone else

this happened once before in Bham so not sure if it’s the new thing id are doing 😒

There is literally bright yellow warning message at the top of the screen….

There is currently degradation to 3G and 4G voice calls. 3UK engineers are investigating the issue. For the latest updates, please check our Service Status page.

Mines been 5G since I had it although service isn’t the best when it works. Hopefully it’s sorted soon

Seen on social media it’s down for calls however tired to check statues checker and that’s not working either

ID mobile doesn’t have their own network, they use Three network which is not a great one. 
So Three is down AGAIN today and it affects ID customers unfortunately.

3rd major problem in the last 2 years.

Ya I learnt this after I got id 😂 thought leaving voda for id was the right move however that was the wrong choice 🫣  I been with them a year now and this the 2nd time for me

I seen it’s crazy because a lot of people are affected by this and Facebook they telling people they don’t know when it will be sorted so it’s not promising really
