My daughter has moved to ID from O2 with a PAC code

her phone number has been transferred but she can’t make outgoing calls

Please Help!

      Hi there ​@Em7 

       

      It can take up until 10pm on the day its due to go live before the service works fully. My reply is now well after that time and if its still not working, and you haven’t already, try restarting the phone.
