cant recieve calls

Hi,

 

I got a new phone Tuesday and I still can't recieve calls. Do you know how long it takes for the sim to sort its self out? Or is there somthing I'm missing?

    Can you make calls? Use data? SMS?

    Did you keep your old number when moving over or have a new number?

    Hi, yes everything works other than receiving calls, I transfered my old number to my new sim & my phone is a  S24FE

    Have you tried the SIM in another handset and tried to call your old number to see what happens?

    Failing that you need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@LeeMondo  - you may have a split port issue.    

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

    Hi ​@LeeMondo,

    When somebody calls you do you know what error message they receive?

    If you have ported your number over it may be an issue with the port.

    In the meantime, please can you test the SIM in another handset and let us know how you get on?
