I can't register an account on the app. It takes me straight to log in

From personal experience, if you’re a new customer give it 24 hours and try again.

Having said that can you log in via the online method?

This is my problem.  I cant create an account , everything keeps taking me to log in. God knows

When did your contract with iD start?

As I advised above it can take a while for the iD systems to kick in.

Are you using the exact same name and email address you used when signing up to iD?

Does it simply revert to the log on screen every time, or have you had this too?

I've sorted it. I reinstalled the app and it's worked.
