cant send text messages

I can’t send text messages to android phones. Everything else is working. 
How do I fix this? I have turned phone off/on multiple times.

    Have you tried turning OFF RCS chat features in the Messages app on the handset with your iD SIM, @Caranorris?

    Have you tried the search function on the handset with your iD SIM, @Caranorris?

    Maybe try searching for “RCS”, or “chat features”, on your handset, and/or online using Google.
