Cant send texts

I’m new to ID. and I can’t send texts.

I’m receiving them but I can’t send SMS texts.

I’ve looked at previous conversation - switched phone on and off but not impact.

as I have an eSIM I can’t take it out.

how do I send texts?

Are you sending a SMS or MMS?
If the text contains pictures, photos, GIFs, videos, sound clips or even an emoji, it will be charged for as an MMS.

You can either:-

1 - Increase your bill cap so that it covers the cost of sending this type of text

2 - Download an app that allows you to send MMS messages for free e.g. Whatsapp

If this is not the case, what phone do you have?
