Hi @Paul Gregson 👋🏻 Have you checked the ‘Cap’ £ in your account?? If it is set to ONLY ‘X’ (the £ you pay month to month for the basic contract) then it will not allow you to send an SMS to a short code number. In your account you must increase the cap amount so that it can be charged to you.
@Decembersangel72 is absolutely right in suggesting that you’ll most likely need to change your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website in order to allow for the subsequent charges to go through for entering competitions via text, as they tend to cost extra.
