Is it possible to pay a unlimited data free so I can use my 4g in Cape Verde, as a one time purchase every day

A roaming data pass isn’t available from iD Mobile, @Kai Hooton. 

You will be charged iD Mobile roaming rates, if you use your iD SIM in Cape Verde.
