Please can you guide me? I need to change my new number plan to the monthly SIM plan to my old Pay as you go number

    Is this from another network to iD Mobile or iD Mobile to iD Mobile?

     

    If another network, you’ll be able to use the iD Mobile port form.

     

    If iD Mobile to iD Mobile, unfortunately this wouldn’t be possible, we’re unable to directly move a number from one iD Mobile plan to another, sorry.
