Hi, the battery on my iPhone is dying so I’ve bought a cheaper phone as a replacement, I have a sim only account with you and want to keep my old phone number, do I need a new sim to go into the new phone, I’ve tried with my SIM card from my iPhone but it won’t work. Many thanks

iD Mobile uses the three network and has no 2G coverage.

Hi Andy, You just pop your old SIM in the replacement handset and your good. If it's not working then it could be because the handset is locked to the network who supplied it. If this is the case, you need to contact the old network and request that they unlock it for you.

Can you tell us what exactly the problem is? No signal, error message or requests a code etc.

It just says emergency on the Home Screen but nothing else; none of my contacts are available

The phone should be unlocked to all except the three network, unlocked to all 2g networks but think it’s android based and my old phone is Apple
