Hi, I have the contract with ID Mobile, I am paying £24.99 a month for a oppo Reno 8 pro 100gb a month, I have found a cheaper and more suitable deal and a phone I want, how can I go about changing my plan and changing my phone?, Thank you.

It would depend when you purchased the current contract?
You can view your plan changes via the app or account online but if you are in contract it’s likely that you can’t change to a cheaper plan.

If you are wanting to upgrade to another handset contract you can do this 60 days before the contract minimum term.
