I’m due an upgrade but happy with my phone….how do I change tariff ??

From your iD online account, or maybe try speaking to the iD sales team on 020 7139 1397, @Chris Oconnor.

If you are eligible you can change your plan via your account.

Alternatively you can upgrade to a SIM only contract.
