I've changed my old number to a new one from ID, my ID I contracted a unlimited data plan, but after the change it is showing only 50gb.

Can confirm you have Unlimited Data. There is a known visual glitch with the iD Mobile app displaying the incorrect Data Allowance which teams are working to resolve.
