Changing account owner

Hello, 

I would like to change my contract to another person's name. When I did the contract, ID mobile told this was possible. 

Please tell me the steps to do it.

Whoever told you that lied to you. You cannot transfer an existing iD Mobile account over to someone else.

    Hey there ​@Marc Valiente, as kindly advised by ​@WelshPaul, you cannot change the name on the account to another person I’m afraid. You would simply need to order a new plan.
