If the number you'd like to use is currently with another network provider, you'll need to request a PAC code from that provider and then use it to transfer the number to your iD Mobile account.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to simply replace your existing iD Mobile number with another number unless it's being transferred using a valid PAC code.

If the number is already on another iD Mobile account, we're unable to transfer it between iD Mobile plans.
