charged while roaming in EU

Have you been on a ship by any chance and connected to the ships mobile network?

Not at all, on land the entire time. How do I get help with this?

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I can’t see exact dates but have only been in England & Iceland during this billing period of 2/3 to 1/4

I do believe so. I don’t understand  additional charges at all??
