charged while roaming in EU


Please can someone explain why I have a charge for roaming when it is meant to be included? I was in Iceland only, marked as included?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@CWILLBEN3 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I am sorry to hear you have received some unexpected charges on your bill. 

Can you please confirm if the dates for the charges match the time that you were in Iceland?

Was roaming active whilst you traveled?

I can’t see exact dates but have only been in England & Iceland during this billing period of 2/3 to 1/4

 

I do believe so. I don’t understand  additional charges at all??
