I have been charged £25 to use my phone on a ferry on the 12th April when I literally sent a couple of messages on messenger. I always use my phone on the ferry and never been charged. I actually logged onto the WiFi but I wasn’t informed of any charges until it said I had used all my safety allowance so after but was never informed there could be a charge. I would like this refunded as I certainly did not use that amount

Probably best to have an online web chat with the iD customer service team about a refund,
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
