check roaming data usage

I've been in Spain 48 hrs and apparently exceeded my 30 GB limit. This cannot be right as I never exceed in UK.  How can I speak to someone or check usage as can't find the answer online

I have the same issue a text saying I've used my allowance yet my data is showing 142gb/100gb left

I upgraded contract whilst away so think I got the used all allowance message during the changeover. So I panicked and bought 6gb for £10. Then when the new contract started I was back in allowance.  And have been ever since.  Wonder if they'll refund my £10 as only bought the extra based on inaccurate messages received by ID.....pigs might fly
