I just don’t get it! It really shouldn’t be this difficult!
Just received an email from iD Mobile congratulating me as the friend I referred has joined iD mobile and paid their second bill. Excellent, except that there’s a large blue button on the email labelled “Claim your reward”.
Why? Why do I need to do this when iD Mobile have all the information they need? Why do they want to make it so difficult? I guess that’s an easy question, as they don’t actually want people to get their rewards, so this step potentially stops people in their tracks, especially when it doesn’t work!
Clicking on “Claim your reward” simply takes me to the iD mobile “Friends with benefits” web page telling me that if I refer someone I’ll get a reward. I know, i’ve done it, but I still haven’t got the reward, so why am I being navigated to this screen?
There’s another blue button “Get started”. I assume this relates to refering a friend, or am I supposed to click this button to claim my reward?
It’s all so confusing iD mobile, and it really doesn’t need to be!
I would appreciate some advice on how I actually go about getting my refer a friend reward from iD mobile, without going round in circles.
It looks like I’m not the only one having this issue as others have also complained about going round in circles. Sort it out iD mobile!
