compensation


Will I get compensation for outage 23rd January - 24th January 2025. I was unable to make or receive telephone calls.

I understand that “Three” are going to pay compensation and as ID piggybacks off that network it would seem sensible for ID to offer the same. Let’s see what happens.

Same here. Though no idea if iD are automatically refunding - if not maybe they should.

 

If its calculated based on the 26 hours they claimed this outage lasted (mine still isn’t back to where it used to be), then it’d cost me more in time and effort than it would to have a partial refund.

As an example £7pm x 12 = £84 divided by 365 days = 23p per day.

I did read of one getting their full months contracted price refunded though (IIRC ~ £45)
