I made a complaint about lack of 5g signal on my 5g phone a week ago, and I have now received an email reply asking me to ring you. Do you consider this to be good customer service.

Good luck. I made a complaint and I was on hold for 40 minutes when I called them. Then they hung up after they answered the call, then I had to call again and was then on hold for another 40 minutes before they tried to deal with my complaint. They couldn’t sort it on the phone and I was told to wait another 48 hours.

I've already realised Customer Service is very very poor.

I would advise continuing to check this out with the team as they will best assist you.
