I made a complaint about lack of 5g signal on my 5g phone a week ago, and I have now received an email reply asking me to ring you. Do you consider this to be good customer service.

Good luck. I made a complaint and I was on hold for 40 minutes when I called them. Then they hung up after they answered the call, then I had to call again and was then on hold for another 40 minutes before they tried to deal with my complaint. They couldn’t sort it on the phone and I was told to wait another 48 hours.

I've already realised Customer Service is very very poor.

I have written a letter to you which you have completely ignored. You have never addressed my complaint. You have never investigated my complaint. You are completely useless.

Can you advise which address you sent this to and when you sent it?

It can take some time for complaints via letter to be picked up and addressed.

Sent on the 8th May, two months ago. Sent to the address on your website. This really doesn't wash I'm afraid.

I requested a deadlock letter to be sent to the comma ombuds man, and that was irnored too.

Letter from 7th May was sent to iD Mobile, PO Box 686, Salford M5 0PA. Absolutely no response

Technical support have also lied to me that 5g is not available in my area when their coverage checker confirms that there is. Absolutely bloody dire service
