Several times when making a telephone call to an organisation that answers the call and puts you in a queue I have found that when eventually put through I can hear them but they cannot hear me. Is this a known fault or does it only happen to me?

I had similar issues when I had a Samsung S21 Ultra on the SMARTY network. Although, for me, both inbound and outgoing audio was affected. There were posts about it on the Samsung forum! Something to do with VoLTE/WiFi calls, if memory serves me right as turning off both, resolved the issue for me and others.
If you can hear them but they cannot hear you, did you check that you hadn’t accidentally accidentally hit the mute button while on the call?
