contact and plan change

I am on 4gb for £6 a month, 1 month rolling contract, smarty who are also using three are offering 20gb a month, same roaming, WiFi calling etc on a one month rolling contract for £6 a month too, wanted to see if Id can match but there is no way to contact them....any ideas or shall I just jump ship...been with ID for years but no real incentive to stay any more.
