Contacting ID urgently in fraud cases

Hi, I was recently subject to a fraud attempt where someone hijacked my ID account and somehow managed to order an ESIM. I was notified by e mail and quickly contacted online chat who managed to cancel it.

What would have happened if this had happened at 10pm after live chat had closed. I was thinking of recommending ID to my wife but would prefer it if there was someone to contact in such circumstances 24 hours. Any other mobile providers have this facility? Thanks

Unfortunately, we don’t have a 24-hour customer service. 

 

Our opening hours are as follow:

  • Social media and Community pages: 8am-8pm Monday-Friday & 9am-5:30pm Saturday & Sunday & 9am-6pm Bank Holidays
  • Live-chat: 9am-8pm Monday-Friday & 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays (The live-chat bot runs 24-hours however)
