Hi, I was recently subject to a fraud attempt where someone hijacked my ID account and somehow managed to order an ESIM. I was notified by e mail and quickly contacted online chat who managed to cancel it.
What would have happened if this had happened at 10pm after live chat had closed. I was thinking of recommending ID to my wife but would prefer it if there was someone to contact in such circumstances 24 hours. Any other mobile providers have this facility? Thanks
